Generally we prepare an outline plan to begin with. As we progress in reviewing performance we continually fine tune the plan. 

This methodology allows the key issues to be tackled first and thereafter we engage in a process of continuous improvement whereby we continue to sharpen the pencil and drill down further and further into your business.
